Project: Courtyard Bistro Rebrand
Client: Marriott International
Summary: Marriott wanted to refresh their visual and verbal brand identity for Courtyard’s food service offering, “The Bistro,” or sometimes, “The Bistro Bar.” After using the same brand guidelines for years, they’ve seen that it has not held up completely consistently across franchise properties. I was asked to build them a Bistro-specific brand book with a new perspective on their visual and verbal identity, high level photography guidelines, tone of voice, and how collateral will come to life on the properties, in print (think: menus, signage), as well as digital, social, etc.
